What are my shipping options?

Local pickup from Northshore Limited in Collingwood, ON or have your order shipped directly to you.

How do I wash my Buttcoat?

Wash in cool water. Dry with tennis ball in dryer OR hang to dry.

What is your signature fabric made from?

55% Polyester, 45% Nylon

Can I return by Buttcoat?

At this time we are only offering exchanges for orders if you receive the wrong item or you need a different size. Should your item be defective in any way, please get in touch with us within 14 days of delivery or pickup.

Shipping costs to Exchange item(s) that are the wrong size are at the customer's expense.

What size should I order?

Our Buttcoats fit generously. We recommend sizing down in all of our pieces. If you typically order a Large, than you will be a Medium in our coats.

Can I buy a Buttcoat Vest, Jacket, or Coat in store?
