Refund policy
Please note, our policies have been updated as of August 2024.
At this time we are only offering exchanges for orders if you receive the wrong item or you need a different size. Should your item be defective in any way, please get in touch with us within 14 days of delivery or pickup.
Shipping costs to Exchange item(s) that are the wrong size are at the customer's expense.
Please note that our Buttcoat's fit large. If you typically wear a size medium, we recommend ordering our product in a size small.
To start an Exchange, please contact suzy@buttcoat.ca within 14 days of delivery or pickup and we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your return. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Please note, the following purchases are Final Sale and we do not accept any returns or exchanges:
